Advanced Clinical Consultation
For licensed clinicians seeking depth, integration, and clinical clarity
Licensed Consultation
Individual Consultation: $150 per 55-minute session Group Consultation: $75 per 55-minute session Recommended Frequency: As needed, based on clinical goals and consultation focus
Individual and group consultation is offered to licensed psychotherapists seeking to deepen their clinical work through somatic, mindfulness-directed, and parts-based approaches. Consultation integrates conceptual understanding with experiential learning, supporting clinicians in working effectively with nervous system organization, present-moment process, and relational dynamics.
The work includes exploration of Polyvagal-informed frameworks, state-specific memory, core organizers of experience, somatic tracking, and the integration of protective and developmental parts. Emphasis is placed on supporting adaptive responses, strengthening the resourced adult self, and working relationally with clients while attending to moment-to-moment clinical process.
Consultation also emphasizes self-exploration as a clinician, supporting increased awareness of how one’s own nervous system, parts, and relational patterns influence clinical work. Through mindful reflection and experiential practice, clinicians develop greater clarity, confidence, and precision in their interventions.
Small group consultation is intentionally structured to remain individualized and supportive, offering a contained and interactive learning environment that balances guidance, collaboration, and depth. The work is informed by Buddhist psychology and mindfulness-based practice, using present-moment case exploration to support both analytic understanding and experiential integration. Consultation draws from contemporary experiential models alongside established evidence-based approaches, within a feminist, inclusive, and collaborative framework.
“Heather has been an integral part of helping me find my clinical flow in using the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy modality as the foundation of my work with clients. I appreciate how she embodies the principles of SP, which is evident when you enter her presence.”
